Welcome to Mr.Care Health Services. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or availing our healthcare services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Mr.Care Health Services.

  • “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to the customer, patient, attendant, or any person availing services from Mr.Care.

  • “Services” refers to all healthcare, nursing, medical assistance, and other related services offered by Mr.Care.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or above to use our services.

  • By booking a service, you confirm that all information provided by you (such as personal details, medical history, contact information) is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Service Usage

  • Our services are provided for healthcare assistance purposes only and are not a substitute for emergency medical treatment.

  • In case of emergency, you should immediately contact your nearest hospital or call emergency helpline.

  • Mr.Care reserves the right to accept or reject any service request based on availability and feasibility.

4. Payments

  • All service charges must be paid as per the rates displayed on our platform or communicated by our representative.

  • Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other modes enabled on our platform.

  • Taxes and additional government charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mr.Care, we strive to provide hassle-free and transparent services. Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

  1. Service Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within the same day of booking the service.

    • If the assigned nurse/attendant/healthcare provider has already been dispatched or service has been initiated, cancellation may not be allowed.

  2. Service Cancellation by Mr.Care:

    • In rare cases where Mr.Care is unable to provide the requested service (due to unavailability, emergency, or unforeseen reasons), we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

    • In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

  3. Refund Terms:

    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

    • Transaction charges, payment gateway charges, or any administrative fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.

    • No refund will be provided once the service has been availed, partially or fully.

6. Rescheduling Policy

  • Users may request rescheduling of booked services subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Mr.Care shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of our services.

  • All healthcare professionals provided are verified and trained, but Mr.Care is not liable for any medical complications or emergencies beyond reasonable control.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal and medical data shared with Mr.Care will be kept secure and used only for service fulfillment.

  • Data may be shared with healthcare professionals and partners strictly on a need-to-know basis.

9. Amendments

  • Mr.Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued usage of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/State].
